Administrative Services

Purpose

The Administrative Services Division is the  oversight division  of all financial and budgetary related aspects of the agency, providing sound, timely and accurate guidance to all divisions of the New Mexico Higher Education Department related to but not limited to the Annual financial audit, Budgets, Contracts, the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll with strict adherence to GAAP, GASB and DFA MAPs and all applicable statutory guidelines.
