Event Description:
This session will go into detail on the processes the State of New Mexico has in place for the administration of capital outlay funding. We will provide an overview of the bonding program, the processes put in place to administer capital outlay, the specific requirements related to Grant Agreements, Notice of Obligations, and CPMS reporting, and the process for requested reimbursement from the NMHED and SBOF.
