The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of comprehensive professional development coordination, system support, and training services for adult education and adult literacy programs across New Mexico. These services include the design, delivery, and management of statewide professional development initiatives; support for instructor certification processes; development and maintenance of professional development systems and websites; data collection and analysis; and the provision of technical assistance and training aligned with best practices in adult education.
