Item 5 Program Performance Data. Do we add the data as separate documents attached to our Application?
Your program performance data can be included in the RFA or attached as a separate document attached to your application.
Item 6 Independent Audits. We do not have independent audits. Will end-of-year Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Statements suffice?
If your institution cannot provide certified financial statements and/or independent audits for at least two fiscal years spanning July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025; you may submit bank statements for that time frame.
